About the Role

BuildAmbit is looking for an
Inside Sales Intern
to join our Sales team for a 6-month internship. The role will primarily focus on
pre-sales enablement
, lead engagement, prospect qualification, and supporting the sales team in converting prospective learners into customers.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident, energetic, communication-oriented, and interested in building a career in Sales and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team in
pre-sales activities
and lead management.
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand learner requirements and provide relevant information about BuildAmbit programs.
- Qualify leads
based on interest, requirements, eligibility, and intent.




- Schedule counselling calls and demos with the appropriate Sales/Business Development Manager.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate lead information and activity updates in the CRM.
- Support the team with lead nurturing and reactivation of existing leads.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Track daily activities, follow-ups, and pre-sales metrics.
- Assist in identifying common objections and learner concerns to improve the pre-sales process.

What We’re Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline;
B.Com / BBA / B.Com (Hons.) preferred

- Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of basic sales concepts.
