About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Principal Python Developer
to support our engineering team WITH_REPLACED critical, time-sensitive development work. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the Python ecosystem and hands-on experience building scalable, maintainable systems. This is a high-impact,
individual contributor role requiring both technical excellence and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Python.
- Collaborate WITH_REPLACED internal teams to understand requirements, develop solutions, and deliver high-quality code.
- Utilize the Pydantic ecosystem—particularly Pydantic AI—to define and validate data models and ensure data integrity across applications.
- Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior team members when required.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and recommend best practices for Python-based systems.
- Champions AI architecture and governance across domains, leads cross-functional initiatives, sets technical direction, and ensures scalable and ethical AI integration. Works closely WITH_REPLACED business leaders to ensure that technical strategies and AI solutions
