What You’ll Do
- Drive employee surveys and feedback mechanisms, translating insights into meaningful actions
- Use
HR analytics, stay conversations and exit insights to design retention strategies
- Facilitate
succession planning, Hi-Po identification and leadership development
- Anchor
Total Rewards
, including compensation benchmarking, reviews and related initiatives

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working on Employee Experience,



Total Rewards, Talent Management and HR Analytics
- Strong interest in organizational culture, engagement and retention
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of enterprise-wide initiatives
