Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Kottayam, Kerala
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications (Salary can be negotiated based on experience and performance.)

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction
Manage and supervise service, kitchen, and stewarding teams
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance
Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and profitability
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and operational standards
Coordinate with management on business growth and operational improvements
Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and operational performance
Maintain discipline, productivity, and teamwork across departments

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of restaurant operations,



inventory control, and cost management
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and restaurant POS systems is preferred

About the Role
