Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall operations of the retail store.
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly business targets.
Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily sales, productivity, and store performance metrics.
Manage inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily financial reconciliation.
Maintain company standards for visual merchandising and store cleanliness.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2+ Years experience in retails or related field
Minimum qualification is plus two
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Robust leadership and people management skills.

Salary:15000-20000

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
