Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart and proactive CRM Executive for an office-based role who can connect with retail brands, understand their requirements, and match them with the right properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with current and existing brands daily
Understand space requirements and preferred high-street locations
Maintain relationships with brand heads
Share suitable property options with brands
Handle emails, follow-ups, and provide solutions
Support documentation and leasing processes




Assist clients from onboarding to post-store operations

Requirements:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, responsive, and solution-oriented
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients
