Job Summary:

Responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, coordinating with architects and internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication and a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand client requirements, project expectations, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate between clients, architects, designers, consultants, and project teams
Schedule client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
Follow up on project progress and communicate regular updates to clients
Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project-related documentation
Support the business development team in generating recent leads and opportunities
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up reports
Coordinate site visits and project meetings
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities for repeat business and client referrals

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Management, or any relevant discipline
2–6 years of experience in client relations, architecture, interior design, real estate, or related industries
Candidates with strong communication skills and relevant industry exposure may also be considered

Preferred Experience:
Experience working with architectural firms, interior design studios, real estate developers, or construction companies
Exposure to residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury projects
Experience handling premium clients and high-value projects is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
