Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production In-Charge to manage assembly production and ensure smooth coordination between the Machine Shop and Assembly departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily assembly production activities and achieve production targets.
Handle manpower planning, work allocation, and operator productivity.
Coordinate with the Machine Shop for timely availability of machined components.
Follow up on Machine Shop materials/components and Assembly materials to avoid production delays.
Coordinate with PPC, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Engineering teams.
Develop and implement Fixtures, Jigs, Gauges, and special tools for production improvement.
Identify opportunities for automation and semi-automation in assembly processes.
Drive cost reduction and cycle-time reduction initiatives.
Improve productivity through process improvement, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S.
Reduce rejection, rework,



material wastage, and unnecessary production time.
Ensure assembly work is carried out as per drawings, BOM, SOPs, and quality standards.
Monitor production performance and prepare daily/weekly production reports.
Train and guide operators and ensure proper safety and housekeeping practices.

Preferred Experience
Experience in Pneumatic, Vacuum Conveying, Automation, Sheet Metal Fabrication, or Industrial Machinery will be an advantage.
Robust knowledge of mechanical assembly, production processes, and engineering drawings.
Hands-on experience in Fixture & Jig development, automation, and productivity improvement preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
