Job Responsibilities
Manage and monitor customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
Prepare and maintain Ageing Reports and outstanding statements.
Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams regarding pending payments.
Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, and account balances.
Maintain accurate records of collections and follow-up activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Update payment and collection details in Tally / ERP / Excel.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
