Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design proposals based on client requirements.
Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
Coordinate with clients to understand project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Conduct site visits, measurements, and feasibility assessments.
Collaborate with civil engineers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Review material selections, finishes, and specifications.
Monitor project progress and conduct site inspections to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and design intent.
Address design modifications and resolve technical issues during execution.
Assist in preparing project estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of materials and finishes.




Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, interior fit-outs, commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Skills Required
Solid design and visualization abilities.
Excellent knowledge of construction detailing and building materials.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Robust project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
