Position: .NET Faculty / Technical Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate .NET Faculty / Trainer to deliver high-quality training in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and .NET Full Stack Development. The candidate should be able to explain concepts clearly and provide practical, project-based training.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom/online training sessions on C# and .NET technologies.
Teach OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, LINQ, Delegates, Generics, Multithreading, etc.
Provide hands-on training in ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API and Entity Framework Core.
Train students on SQL Server, database design, queries, joins, stored procedures and optimization.
Guide students in developing real-time .NET Full Stack projects.
Explain coding concepts through practical examples and assignments.
Conduct coding exercises, mock interviews and technical assessments.
Mentor students and help them prepare for .NET developer interviews.
Prepare training materials, assignments, projects and interview questions.
Stay updated with the latest .NET and Microsoft technologies.





Required Technical Skills
Robust knowledge of C#
.NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
ASP.NET MVC
Web API / REST APIs
Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core
LINQ
SQL Server
HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Git / GitHub
Basic knowledge of Angular or React is an advantage
Knowledge of Azure / Cloud is an added advantage
Familiarity with AI integration in .NET applications is a plus

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant development or training experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Prior experience as a .NET Trainer/Faculty is preferred.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in real-time .NET application development, corporate training, placement-oriented training, or mentoring freshers will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable based on experience, technical skills, and training expertise.

Pay: ₹9,823.01 - ₹54,076.75 per month
