CNC turning machine operation and on-machine programming
Machine setup, tooling and jaw selection
Work on Fanuc control
Tool offset setting and drawing interpretation
Shift-based production with consistent quality
In-process quality checks using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge
Basic knowledge of CNC maintenance
Follow quality inspection and SPC basics
Focus on productivity and scrap reduction
