Job Description:

Job Purpose: The position is responsible for undertaking scale up trials and vertically do scale ups in recent plant to provide samples and commercial orders. Position is critical to support Unit’s business strategy. Scale up plant trials decide the grades productivity, quality & yield and optimize process.

Job Description:

Recent Project handling: To prepare basic documents for projects at various stages. To study P&ID; of existing plant. Prepare BFD,PFD, & P&ID; of proposed projects.

Commissioning & stabilization of current project/Plant: Smooth commissioning & stabilizing of new projects, within specified time frame.





DCS Application development for existing and New project: To prepare, and implement, application development for DCS, Interlock, alarms and logic of DCS to run in auto mode, within specified time frame and cost.

Data Collection & Trouble Shooting: To collect data & trouble shoot the day-day problems in plant.

Systems & sustainability: To ensure effective implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System, Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Sustainability Systems for achieving Business Excellence.
