Roles & Responsibilities
Independently develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for milling, turning, and wire‑cut operations.
Interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD/CAM models, and process sheets to generate exact toolpaths.
Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and tool life.
Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and validate programs with CMM/check sheets.
Collaborate with production, QA, and toolroom teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes.
Maintain program documentation, revision control, and ensure compliance with ISO/statutory standards.
Drive continuous improvement in machining workflows, automation, and cycle‑time optimization.
Key Skills
Proficiency in Mastercam (latest versions) and CNC/VMC/PLC operations.
Strong knowledge of GD&T;, machining processes, and tool management.
Hands‑on experience with troubleshooting and process optimization.
Familiarity with ISO/FAI documentation and shop‑floor compliance practices.
Candidate Profile
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
4 years of proven experience in CNC programming with Mastercam.
Detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious, and capable of working in a quick‑paced manufacturing environment.
