About the Role

WeFormed Technologies is hiring an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage and grow our e-commerce business. We are looking for a responsible professional who can take complete ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete e-commerce business operations.
Handle product listings, inventory, pricing, and catalog management.
Manage order processing and fulfillment.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and delivery partners.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
Resolve customer and operational issues.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve sales.
Ensure smooth execution of all business activities.
Take ownership of business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements




Qualification: 12th Pass to Graduate
Experience: 2–3 years in E-Commerce Operations
Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
Solid communication and team management skills.
Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Problem-solving mindset with a responsible attitude.
