Key Responsibilities:

Server & Systems Administration
Install, configure, maintain, and monitor Windows/Linux servers and related services.
Manage server performance, storage, system resources, and availability.
Perform regular server backups, recovery, updates, and maintenance.
Monitor server health and troubleshoot hardware, software, and performance issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and system policies.
Ensure timely installation of security patches, updates, and system upgrades.
Maintain proper documentation of servers, configurations, credentials, and IT infrastructure.

Network Administration
Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Configure and maintain network devices and access points.
Ensure network availability, stability, and security.




Identify and resolve network-related issues reported by employees.

IT Support & End-User Management
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
Set up systems and required access for recent employees during onboarding.
Manage employee email accounts, application access, and user permissions.
Troubleshoot operating system, application, hardware, and peripheral issues.
Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and equipment.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
