Position: Shift Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3–8 Years
Salary: 25,000–45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shift Supervisor to manage production activities during the assigned shift, supervise workers, and ensure smooth and timely production.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities during the shift.
Ensure production targets are achieved as planned.
Manage and guide operators and workers.
Monitor machines, production processes, and manpower.
Ensure proper use of raw materials and reduce wastage.
Maintain product quality and follow safety procedures.
Coordinate with the Production Manager and other departments.
Identify and report machine or production problems.
Maintain shift-wise production reports and records.




Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline on the shop floor.
Handle shift handover and communicate significant updates to the next shift.
Support continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
Robust team-handling and leadership skills.
Good problem-solving ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure.

Eligibility
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
3–8 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing.
Candidates with solid shop-floor supervision experience will be preferred.
