Node.js, TypeScript, React, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka or Event-Driven Systems, Docker, Kubernetes, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, AWS or Cloud Platform

Secondary Skills:

GitHub Workflows, CI/CD, AI Tooling, JIRA, FinTech, Capital Markets, Crypto/Digital Assets

Key Points
4 to 8 years of qualified backend engineering experience is required.
Candidate should have solid hands-on experience across Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
Both MongoDB and PostgreSQL experience are required.

Production experience with Kafka or similar event-driven systems is required.
Docker and production Kubernetes exposure are important screening areas.
Finance, FinTech, or capital-markets startup experience is a robust plus.
Interest or experience in crypto/digital assets is a significant plus.
Candidate should demonstrate practical application of clean code and clean architecture principles.
