Key Skills & Responsibilities
Review and code inpatient medical records accurately as per coding guidelines.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, quality benchmarks, and productivity targets.
Identify appropriate DRG assignments and reimbursement-related coding requirements.
Maintain high levels of coding accuracy and quality.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in IP DRG Coding.
Certification (Mandatory)

AAPC or AHIMA Certification – Any one of the following:
CPC (Certified Professional Coder)
COC (Certified Outpatient Coder)
CIC (Certified Inpatient Coder)
CCS (Certified Coding Specialist)
Strong domain knowledge of Coding Clinics.
Good exposure to ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS Guidelines.
Hands-on experience in:
MS-DRG
APR-DRG
PCS Coding
Principal Diagnosis (PDX)
CC/MCC Classification
Valuable knowledge and experience in Newborn Charts.
Solid understanding of inpatient coding concepts and DRG methodologies.
Excellent analytical and documentation review skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period preferred.
