Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain mainframe systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CICS transactions and applications.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of current applications and changes.
Develop and implement procedures for system maintenance, backups, and recovery.
Monitor system logs and perform regular security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
Provide technical support and training to junior team members.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in mainframe systems administration, preferably with CICS.
Robust knowledge of mainframe operating systems, including z/OS and z/VSE.
Experience with CICS transaction processing and application development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and communicate complex technical information.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for mainframe systems administration.
