Role Purpose

To lead the organizations employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and employee experience initiatives, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual Employee Engagement & Wellness strategy and calendar.
Drive employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
Lead employee wellness initiatives covering physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
Design and manage employee recognition and appreciation programs.
Drive culture-building, employee experience, and leadership-connect initiatives.
Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, engagement campaigns, and wellness activities.
Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and Corporate Communications to strengthen employee connect.
Manage external wellness/engagement vendors and budgets.
Track engagement metrics and prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports.




Identify engagement trends and recommend data-driven interventions to improve retention and employee satisfaction.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in HR / Organizational Behaviour / Psychology or a relevant discipline preferred.

Preferred Profile

Experience in a large, multi-location organization, preferably healthcare, hospitality, retail, or service industry, with proven experience in managing organization-wide employee engagement and wellness programs.
