Key Responsibilities
Design and develop software solutions to meet business requirements in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
Code, develop and document software specifications throughout the project life cycle.
Manage the full software development life cycle including testing, implementation and auditing.
Perform product design, bug verification and beta support, which may require research and analysis.
Handle custom functionalities along with standard EBS processes.
Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Execute, assess and troubleshoot software programs and applications.
Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate manner.
Participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes and patches as mandated by the vendor.
Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Contribute to process improvements.
Provide informal guidance to junior staff.
Coach and mentor junior team members.
Work independently with minimal guidance.
Solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions.




Work with colleagues and provide guidance to team members with less experience.

Required Skills
8 to 10+ years of Technical and Functional experience in Oracle EBS.
Robust experience in Oracle R12 Application.
Experience in Distribution, CRM, Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.
Experience with ASCP, Demantra, Inventory, Purchasing and PLM.
Robust knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles.
Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and Forms.
Knowledge of Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, OAF, ADF, Ext-JS and Java.
Knowledge of REST API is an advantage.
Experience handling custom functionalities along with standard EBS processes.
Ability to convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Experience or exposure working in Agile Methodology is an advantage.
Experience with Dev-Ops tools such as Jira, Bitbucket and Flex deploys.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
