Job Title: Duty Manager Technical

Location: Thane (Kolshet Road) at site
Industry: Facility Management – Residential
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Salary: 5.5 LPA – 6.5 LPA

Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience in technical facility management, preferably in residential properties.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day technical operations of the residential property.
Supervise electrical systems, DG, transformers, HT/LT panels, UPS, pumps, HVAC and other MEP services.
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is completed on time.
Lead and monitor the technical team for smooth site operations.
Attend and resolve technical breakdowns and resident complaints promptly.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure AMC activities are completed as per schedule.
Maintain maintenance records, logbooks and technical reports.
Conduct regular inspections of technical areas and ensure safety and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with the client and ensure high standards of service delivery.
