Deep understanding of network protocols: SDWAN, SDLAN, TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, WLC, WAP, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol
Experience working on Data center architecture (ACI, Spine & leaf, flat v/s hierarchical)
Network Configuration Management: Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls according to established standards and best practices.
Security Management: Implement and maintain basic network security configurations on devices, collaborating with security teams on advanced security measures
Network monitoring: Monitor network performance metrics like bandwidth utilization, latency, and packet loss to identify potential issues and proactively address them
Troubleshooting skills: Ability to analyze network traffic,



diagnose issues using tools like ping, traceroute, and packet captures
Wireless Network troubleshooting for Cisco, Aruba, Juniper
ITIL Process working experience of Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration management
Working knowledge on DNS/DHCP/IPAM, Cloud Proxy.

Experience with one or more of network products:
Routers and Switches (Cisco, HPE Juniper Aruba, Fortinet, Arista)
SDWAN – Viptela, Silver peak, Versa, Aryaka
Monitoring and Ticketing tools - SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Cisco DNAC, BMC, Jira, Service Now
Understanding of network Load balancers F5, NetScaler, VMware AVI etc.
