Key ResponsibilitiesSafety Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and local statutory requirements.
Risk Assessment: Conduct hazard identification, risk analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Incident Reporting: Document and investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and accidents.
Training & Awareness: Organize safety drills, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
Emergency Preparedness: Support development and execution of emergency response plans.
Environmental Management: Monitor waste management, energy usage, and sustainability initiatives.
Vendor & Contractor Safety: Ensure third-party compliance with site safety standards.
Audit & Documentation: Maintain EHS records, prepare reports, and support internal/external audits.
Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in incident management systems and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
