Content Management Analyst/ Application Support Engineer

Location - Thiruvananthapuram

Experience - 2 years

Responsibilities
Positive attitude towards work and should be a team player
Managed a complete ecommerce backend and Customer Support Management.
Remotely analyze and debug all project specific IT infrastructure software issues
Excellent client relationship and customer handling skill (Mainly US Clients)
Handled IT production support, resolved Technical issues
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS settings
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Ensure all issues are properly logged (eg: JIRA)
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they ve solved a technical issue




Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Minimum 2 years experience in the mentioned areas
Willing to work in versatile timing to support US team

Preferred requirements
Ability to join as early as possible
Knowledge of eCommerce flows such as product configuration in database
Managing content and configuration using a CMS according to client requirements
Candidates from Kerala are Preferred

Minimum requirements
Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam
Willing to work in California time (Pacific Standard Time)
Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma related to Computer Science
