Manage incident investigations and reporting, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up actions.
Maintain accurate records of security and safety activities, including incident reports and compliance documents.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in security and safety management within the hospitality industry.
Solid knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV cameras, and other security technologies.
