Position : Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Senior Data Scientist** to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in **Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI**, along with hands-on experience in building scalable AI systems using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.

This role requires both strong technical leadership and people management skills. The candidate will lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive AI initiatives from ideation to production.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI solutions.
* Architect end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
* Develop production-ready AI systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
* Lead the implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
* Mentor and guide junior data scientists and machine learning engineers through code reviews,



technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Manage and lead a team, including task planning, work allocation, performance monitoring, and career development.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
* Drive experimentation, feature engineering, model optimization, and performance tuning.
* Ensure best practices in model governance, reproducibility, versioning, and MLOps.
* Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Technical Skills
* Strong expertise in Machine Learning and predictive analytics.
* Hands-on experience in Deep Learning model development and deployment.
* Robust understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and applications.
* Experience building Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
* Proficiency in Python and AI/ML development frameworks.
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
* Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality tools.
* Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
* Strong leadership experience in mentoring teams and delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML projects.
