Roles & Responsibilities: JOB DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW –

The Service Now Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the Service Now platform. This role focuses on configuring modules, developing custom applications, and integrating Service Now with other systems to streamline IT service management and business workflows.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Enhance CSM module in Service Now and create custom workflows

Design, configure,



and implement Service Now modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) and custom applications to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations using Java Script, Glide Record, and other Service Now development tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure optimal use of the Service Now platform.
Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring the stability and performance of the Service Now environment.

Please note CSM experience is a must have

QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience as a Service Now Developer or Administrator. Strong proficiency in Java Script, HTML, CSS, and hands-on experience with Service Now platform configuration and development.
o Professional 1 (at least 2 years of experience)
o Professional 2 (3-6 years of experience)

o Professional 3 (7+ years of experience)

Preferred: Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer), experience with ITIL processes, and integration experience with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
