Ltd.Job Location: Kharagpur, West BengalEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: Minimum 3 YearsSalary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and capabilityApply: [email protected] the RoleCygnus Advertising is looking for a creative and experienced Visualizer with strong skills in both Graphic Design and Video Editing.The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media, advertising campaigns, digital platforms, branding, and other client communication requirements.The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling projects independently from concept to final output.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners, and other marketing materials.Develop creative concepts and visual layouts based on client requirements.Edit videos, reels, promotional videos, and other digital content.Create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms.Work with the creative, content, PR, and client servicing teams.Make design and video revisions based on feedback.Ensure all creative work is completed within deadlines and meets quality standards.Stay updated with current design, video, social media, and AI-based creative trends.Required SkillsMandatory:Adobe Photoshop – AdvancedAdobe Illustrator – AdvancedAdobe Premiere Pro – Good working knowledgeAdobe After Effects – Added advantageAdobe InDesign – AdvancedMotion GraphicsStrong knowledge of typography, layout, composition,



and visual communicationGood understanding of video editing, transitions, sound, captions, and basic motion graphicsKnowledge of social media formats and content trendsAdditional Advantage:- Figma- AI-based design and video toolsCandidate ProfileMinimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.Degree/Diploma from a recognized Art College BackgroundAdvertising agency or creative agency experience will be preferred.Strong creative thinking and visual sense.Good communication and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.Comfortable working independently as well as with a team.Willing to work on-site at the Kharagpur location.Portfolio RequirementA portfolio is mandatory.Candidates should submit relevant samples of both Graphic Design and Video Editing work along with their CV.
