Role Description The Psychologist Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting clients through structured psychological and coaching processes. The intern will assist in conducting intake interviews, gathering client histories, and documenting observations in alignment with LUFM’s methodologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting psychological assessments, contributing to session preparation, and helping design exercises and frameworks that promote mindset and emotional growth.

The intern will collaborate with senior practitioners to review cases, refine intervention plans, and maintain accurate, confidential records.



Additional tasks may involve contributing to educational content, participating in internal training, and providing timely communication and follow-up to enhance client experience.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge and academic training in Psychology and Mental Health, with an interest in applied and performance-focused work.
- Experience or coursework related to Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including client interviews, case formulations, or basic testing concepts.
- Exposure to Medicine or health-related disciplines is beneficial, particularly in understanding mind–body interactions and holistic well-being.
- Solid interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation, case discussions, and remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and follow structured protocols and supervision guidelines.
- Pursuit or completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field preferred.
- Interest in men’s development, personal transformation, and behavioral change, with openness to ongoing feedback and learning.
