Project Manager – HVAC / MEP / Cooling Projects
Manage end-to-end execution and delivery of HVAC, MEP, industrial cooling, refrigeration and data center infrastructure projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans and track project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and technical specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Logistics and Service.
Act as the key point of contact for customers, consultants, contractors, design teams and third-party agencies.
Manage site execution including equipment delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, trial operations and final project handover.
Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, technical specifications and applicable regulatory standards.
Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule delays, cost overruns, technical issues and project execution.
Handle project documentation including progress reports, meeting minutes, change orders, acceptance records and handover documents.
Support technical coordination,



customer briefings and training during project commissioning and handover.
Conduct post-project reviews and contribute to improving project delivery processes.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, HVAC, Refrigeration, Thermal Energy, MEP or related Engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience in Project Management within HVAC, MEP, industrial refrigeration, cooling equipment or related sectors.
Solid experience in site/project execution, installation, commissioning and project handover .
Experience with chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers or industrial cooling systems is highly preferred.
Knowledge of MEP project workflows, construction practices and HVAC/industrial cooling systems.
Hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management and change management.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera and Excel preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Valid passport preferred.
