Job Title: Business Development Executive

You’ll work closely with industry leaders, technology pioneers, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and create long-term value.

Mandatory Requirement:




• Candidates must have prior experience working in the Europe region / European markets
• Hands-on experience in handling customers or accounts in Europe is required.

The Impact You’ll Make:

• Drive recent business acquisition by identifying and converting OEM, industrial, technology, and ISV accounts.
• Execute targeted hunting strategies across high-growth market segments.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.
• Engage with CTOs, VPs Engineering, R&D; Directors, Product Owners, and technology leaders to position high-value engineering solutions.
• Develop account and territory plans to maximize growth opportunities and uncover whitespace areas.
• Partner with marketing and leadership teams to support campaigns, conferences, and lead conversion initiatives.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide structured reporting to track business progress.
