Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, your day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. You engage deeply with client requirements, translating their needs into practical business and technology strategies. Your role includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs to ensure that technology solutions align closely with business objectives. You act as a bridge between business goals and technical execution, fostering collaboration and driving impactful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration efforts by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless system connectivity and data flow.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate integration processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance and scalability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Robust understanding of system architecture and data exchange protocols relevant to enterprise integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within ServiceNow to enhance integration workflows.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
