- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unreal Engine.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), 3D Designing.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to optimize software performance and scalability within complex systems.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues efficiently.
