- Must be presentable and approachable.
- Good communications skills (written and spoken) along with being articulate.

- Must possess strong verbal aptitude, with competence in Grammar, Reading ability & vocabulary
- Someone who is full of ideas & has a team player temperament.
- Ready to improve student’s English from level zero
- Capable of handling batches as well as an individual student.
