Role & responsibilities

- Implement norms for safety culture and 5S in laboratory
- Improve existing products
- Oversee management of laboratory to benchmark standards
- Prepare, review and ensure adherence to Co | Bu | Fu | department policies and SOPs (as applicable)
- Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Develop current products
- Perform the role of people manager
- Provide technical support to cross-functional teams and customers
- Develop R&D; culture and protect intellectual property
- Keep abreast with latest trends in research, technology and competition
