- We are hiring an experienced Sr. Operations Manager to manage and oversee non-voice legal due diligence processes.
- The candidate will be responsible for team management, SLA adherence, quality control, and client coordination to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Lead non-voice legal due diligence operations and service delivery
- Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, quality, and productivity targets
- Manage, coach, and develop Team Leaders/Floor Supervisors/Associates
- Review operational performance through MIS and dashboards
- Manage client communication and operational escalations
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards
- Coordinate with HR, Engineering, Training and QC teams

Skills/ Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations management
Proven leadership with experience in managing large teams
Good knowledge of legal due diligence processes and documentation, with exposure to Real Estate Land & Property Laws
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting tools
Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
