Job Title: Implementation Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Lead to lead end-to-end client implementations, ensuring successful product adoption and go-live. The role involves managing complex configurations, client escalations, and project delivery while driving profitability and customer satisfaction. You will mentor junior consultants, collaborate closely with clients on treasury and fund management workflows, and leverage AI tools to enhance documentation, research, and delivery efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage large-scale client implementations.
- Define implementation standards and methods.
- Liaise with clients for requirement alignment.
- Ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for billing & mandates
- Responsible for getting customer references/ NPS (Net promoter score)
- Ensure successful go-live of projects
- Provide AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) support with focus on open issues & customer escalations
- Accountable for team efficiency, mentor & support the team & guide them to achieve the targets
- Drive project profitability
- Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables.

Skills Required:

- 7-9 years of experience in Implementation & Integration of projects
- Stakeholder management
- Resource planning & coordination, Team coaching
- Strong knowledge of core treasury/finance functions (hedging, portfolio mgmt, compliance).
- Ability to suggest best practices to clients.
- Contribute to defining AI use cases in delivery processes.
- Conduct client workshops for requirements clarification.
- Implementation lifecycle knowledge
- Business domain expertise (Treasury/Fund Management)
- Advanced system/domain knowledge
- Ability to map functional requirements into product configuration

Education:

- Any Post Graduate
- PMP Certified – Advantageous
