Key Responsibilities:

1. Basic Network Management & Support

- LAN/WAN configuration and troubleshooting
- VPN setup and support for interlocation connectivity
- Knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls

2. Server & Systems Administration

- Windows Server / Linux Server management
- Active Directory (Users, Groups, GPO, OU structure)
- File server, print server, and application server support
- Patch management and OS updates

3. Endpoint Management

- Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting (OS, hardware, drivers, Application)
- Managing device imaging and deployment
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools like Intune
- Antivirus/EDR management (Defender, Sophos)

4. Cloud Services & Microsoft 365 Support

- Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills (Mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint Troubleshooting)
- OneDrive sync troubleshooting
- Azure AD / Entra ID basics (identity management, SSO)

5. Security Skills

- Basic cybersecurity awareness and incident response
- Monitoring unauthorized access attempts
- Understanding of phishing, social engineering & escalation procedures
- Firewall policy understanding
- Data security & compliance processes (especially for multisite environments)

6. Backup & Disaster Recovery

- Knowledge of backup tools
- Restoring systems and data
- Supporting DR drills across all three locations
- Understanding RPO/RTO requirements

7. IT Asset & Inventory Management

- Tracking laptops, desktops, accessories, and network equipment
- Maintaining an updated asset sheet for each location
- Handling AMCs, warranties, replacement cycles
- Vendor coordination for hardware delivery/service

8. OnSite Support Skills

- Handling daily hardware issues
- Managing local printers, biometric devices, Wi-Fi, CCTV coordination
- Supporting conference room equipment (projectors, conferencing devices)
- Coordinating with central IT or vendors when needed




- Audio system connectivity during Town hall and special events

9. Communication & Coordination

- Clear coordination between Mumbai, Pune, and Lucknow teams
- Ability to document issues and maintain logs
- Good communication with employees and management
- Escalation matrix awareness (what to escalate & when)

10. Soft Skills

Qualification:

1) A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

2) Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Information Technology development and implementation or a related field .

3) Exposure to Business Productivity Solutions like Microsoft and Google, Knowledge of Datacenter solutions, Security solutions and Networking.
