Job Summary

Area Sales Manager - West (Based at ROM) (Territory - ROM)

The Impact You'll Make in This Role:

As a Area Sales Executive Responsible for Sales in assigned Market segment ( Automotive Tiers /Appliance/ Converters) customers including extracting customer data and analyzing profiles to determine market segment requirements. Provides information to marketing technical teams to assist in the promotion of the organizations goods and/or services. Requires at least 4 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the industry best practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to Regional Head.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for driving territory s Primary and Secondary sales with focus to increase penetration and share
- Work with technical marketing team in establishing 3M products, demonstrating value to Dealership s top management
- Track and record the activities at Automotive Dealerships in SFDC to ensure the organized efforts for achieving sale of 3M products
- Candidate will be responsible to doing Quarterly MTRs with the Dealership s top management
- Co-ordinate with internal and external customers




- Work with decision makers in customer organizations to build/leverage the 3M brand
- Understand replicate global success stories, new applications NPI
- Interfacing the market / Channel 3M legal regulatory organization to ensure compliance with 3M policies

KPI

- Sales growth at assigned accounts
- Growth in new product sales
- Establish consumption patterns aiding demand forecast Primary sales
- Customer satisfaction
- AR (Collections)

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Flexibility to travel across assigned territory
- Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Atleast 6~ 10 years experience in similar industry
- Experience within Automotive Aftermarket business.
