Job Summary - We are seeking an experienced Senior Firmware Developer to lead embedded firmware design and development for industrial, automotive, and IoT products.

The candidate will be responsible for architecture definition, secure firmware implementation, RTOS-based application development, hardware bring-up, debugging, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities -

- Design and develop embedded firmware for STM32, MSP430, Cortex A9, Cortex A, and NXP based platforms
- Develop RTOS-based applications using Free RTOS and Azure RTOS
- Implement secure bootloader and firmware update mechanisms o
- Develop and optimize communication stacks including UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS232, RS485, and FDCAN
- Work on Embedded Linux and Yocto Project environments o Implement encryption/decryption and secure firmware solutions using mbedTLS and STM SBSFU




- Perform firmware architecture review and code optimization
- Conduct MISRA C compliance and static analysis using lint tools
- Support PCB bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation
- Analyze CAN bus communication using PCAN Analyzer and CAN Bus Analyzer tools

Required Skills -

- Strong Embedded C programming skills
- RTOS development experience
- Embedded Linux and Yocto Project knowledge
- Robust debugging and hardware interfacing skills
- Bootloader and secure firmware implementation
- Protocol expertise: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485, FDCAN
- Experience with firmware update systems
- Understanding of IoT device connectivity and edge devices
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts for embedded systems
- Familiarity with data logging and analytics integration
