We are looking for an experienced BIM Lead to manage BIM teams, coordinate multidisciplinary models, maintain BIM standards, and ensure high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, BIM coordination, clash detection, and BIM management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 510 BIM Engineers/Coordinators.
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and BIM workflows.
- Manage BIM standards and ACC/BIM 360.
- Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection using Revit and Navisworks.
- Conduct model audits and ensure LOD, quality, and project standards are maintained.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and track clash resolution.
- Review BIM models, shop drawings, RFIs, design changes, and as-built models.
- Prepare BIM reports, quantity take-offs, and support 4D/5D BIM.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Mentor BIM Engineers and ensure project milestones are delivered on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 8+ years of BIM/VDC experience, including team leadership.
- Experience with US, UK, or Middle East projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
