Job Summary

We are looking for a Cash Prime Brokerage (Cash PB) Trade Support professional to join our Global Markets Operations team. The role involves supporting trade-related activities, investigating exceptions and breaks, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure timely resolution.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in trade lifecycle management, post-trade operations, trade support, exception handling, and financial markets operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide operational support for trade-related client requests and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Understand and support the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade capture, validation, matching, confirmation and settlement.
- Investigate trade exceptions, breaks and settlement issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Perform root-cause analysis of recurring operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for permanent resolution.




- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Front Office, Sales, Middle Office, Settlements, Product, Legal and Back Office teams.
- Handle client queries related to transactions, trade status, settlement and operational issues.
- Monitor and resolve trade and settlement discrepancies within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 25 years of experience in Investment Banking / Capital Markets / Financial Markets Operations.
- Hands-on experience in Trade Support, Middle Office, Prime Brokerage, Securities Operations or Post-Trade Operations.
- Good understanding of the trade lifecycle and post-trade processes.
- Solid experience in trade exception / break investigation and resolution.
- Exposure to products such as Equities, Securities, Cash, FX, Derivatives or Securities Financing will be an advantage.
