- Patient Relations & Grievance Handling
- Serve as the first point of contact for non-clinical inquiries, patient guidance, and hospital tours.
- Address and resolve patient complaints or concerns empathetically and promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Facilitate smooth communication between patients, doctors, and nursing staff during admissions, treatments, and discharges
