Responsibilities
- Analyze the client's requirements.
- Source profiles from different Portals for Resume Search, Job Posting, Referencing and Headhunting.
- Pre-Screen the Resumes and Send relevant profiles to client for their perusal for candidate's interview.
- Organize interviews as per schedules for respective clients
- Coordinating with different levels of interview with clients.
- Negotiate salary, generation of offer and finalization with candidates.
- Prepare & maintaining database of resumes of candidates.
- Maintain relationship with new/existing clients.
- Handle end to end recruitment Process right from finding the talent pool to finalizing salary.
