SAP VIM Functional Consultant

Relevant Experience: 8+ Years in SAP VIM Functional Consulting
Shift: US Shift Candidates must be willing to work in US timings
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time – Based on Requirement

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText VIM, BCC/IES, OCR, VIM Workflows, SAP AP and P2P processes.

The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in SAP VIM implementation and production support, including configuration, testing, deployment, incident management, enhancements and end-to-end Change Request handling.

Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP VIM Functional Consulting
- Strong expertise in OpenText VIM
- Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP VIM implementations
- Strong experience in VIM Production Support
- Experience with VIM Configuration, Workflow, Testing and Deployment
- Experience with BCC / IES / ICC and OCR
- Experience with OpenText VIM 7.5 / 16.3
- Strong knowledge of OCR troubleshooting and support
- Experience with SAP/VIM Workflows
- Strong knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable (AP)
- Good understanding of P2P / Procure-to-Pay
- Experience with SAP MM and FICO integration
- Understanding of SAP ABAP integration
- Knowledge of Archive Server and Content Server
- Experience handling VIM incidents, defects, enhancements and CRs
- Willingness to work in US Shift timings

Good to Have

- SAP VIM experience on S/4HANA
- VIM migration / upgrade experience




- Strong SAP MM knowledge
- Experience with complex VIM workflows
- Experience working with SAP MM, FICO and ABAP teams

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, test and deploy SAP VIM solutions
- Provide functional support for VIM production environments
- Resolve VIM, OCR, BCC and IES-related issues
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and resolve requirements
- Handle Change Requests independently from requirement analysis through deployment
- Work with technical/ABAP teams for integrations and enhancements
- Support VIM workflows and invoice-processing scenarios
- Coordinate with SAP MM and FICO teams for integration requirements
- Perform functional testing and defect resolution
- Support deployments across Development, QA and Production
- Participate in incident, CR and enhancement review meetings
- Deliver end-to-end VIM solutions aligned with business requirements
