Experience:

- 15+ Years Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Capital Projects across Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), and Project Management domains.
- Provide strategic advisory and project oversight for clients in Renewables, Solar Cell Manufacturing Plant Construction.

Position Summary:

- As a Capital Projects PMO Consulting Director, you will lead strategic engagements focused on the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale capital projects across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, real estate, and industrials.
- You will be responsible for advising clients on PMO setup and optimization, risk management, digital transformation, and performance improvement.
- This role demands deep expertise in project controls, stakeholder management, and enterprise-level transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Delivery & Advisory Lead PMO strategy and implementation for large government or private sector capital programs.
- Advise clients on governance frameworks, project controls, and performance metrics.
- Drive digital enablement through tools like Primavera, MS Project, Power BI, and ERP integrations.
- Leadership & Team Management Manage cross-functional consulting teams across geographies and service lines.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture.




- Collaborate with Partners and Directors to shape go-to-market strategies.
- Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within capital projects and infrastructure.
- Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Thought Leadership Represent the firm at industry forums, conferences, and client events.
- Contribute to white papers, case studies, and market insights on capital project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in capital projects, infrastructure consulting, or project management.
- Proven track record in PMO leadership for large-scale capital programs.
- Strong understanding of project controls, risk management, and digital tools.
- Experience in a Big 4 or top-tier consulting setting preferred.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA or PMP preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Expertise in tools like Oracle Primavera, SAP, MS Project, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks in capital projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
