Experience:

- 7-10 Years Lead quality control and quality assurance activities across large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate projects.
- Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, inspection procedures, checklists and quality standards.
- Monitor civil, structural, architectural, MEP and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections, material inspections, testing and quality audits across project activities.
- Review method statements, ITPs, material submittals, shop drawings and inspection/test reports.
- Identify non-conformities, defects and quality issues and drive timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects and project management teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor concrete, steel, waterproofing, faade, finishing and other critical construction quality parameters.
- Prepare quality dashboards, inspection reports, NCR reports, audit findings and management MIS for senior stakeholders.
- BIG4 / PMC / Real Estate Developer / EPC experience preferred, with robust knowledge of relevant IS codes, construction standards, QA/QC systems and stakeholder management.
