- Develop and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Ensure platform security, reliability, scalability, resilience, and high availability.
- Support the banks transition to an AI-native architecture by enabling access to enterprise data, tools, and MCP services.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to improve the organizations integration ecosystem.
- Create and maintain developer self-service tools to improve platform adoption and developer experience.
- Implement automated and compliant deployment processes aligned with enterprise standards.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance and operational stability.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call/standby rotation to ensure availability of mission-critical services and platforms

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation using ARM templates and Bicep within Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of security-by-design principles, secure API development practices, and cloud compliance requirements.
- Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, take ownership, and participate in 24/7 standby/on-call support duties.
- Ability to work fluently and effectively within an English-speaking team environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
